Send a parts list
Send your parts list.
Paste the references you need — OEM numbers, part names, brand and model — with estimated quantities if you have them, or attach the list as a file. A specialist reviews it and comes back with availability and a commercial quote. A VIN is optional: send it only when a line needs a compatibility check for a specific vehicle.

Why a list beats a search box
- →Several references travel in one request: one case, one reviewer, one quote.
- →An OEM number identifies the part directly; a photo of the number stamped on the old part is the next best thing.
- →Brand, model and year narrow the field when there is no reference. A VIN settles variants inside a model year — and only then is it worth sending.
- →Safety-critical lines get a specialist regardless of what the automated match returns.
The automated layer is in beta and we say so. Today every request is logged and routed to a specialist — nothing is scored automatically just to look advanced, and no number is shown that the system did not actually calculate. There is no universal accuracy guarantee on this site, because no honest supplier can give one.

Common questions
What buyers ask before the first order.
Do you sell to individual vehicle owners?
No. SilkVin is a wholesale B2B channel: importers, distributors and parts wholesalers, parts stores, workshops and workshop networks, dealerships, and insurance and collision repair operations. There is no retail checkout on this site.
Do I need a VIN to request a quote?
No. A parts list with OEM references — or part names with brand and model — is enough. The VIN is only useful when a line has several variants within the same model and compatibility must be checked for a specific vehicle. The form never requires it.
What should a parts list contain?
The OEM reference or the part name, the brand and model, and an estimated quantity if you have one. Paste it into the form, attach it as a file, or send photos of the parts — ideally showing the number stamped on them.
Is there a minimum order?
Order quantities and commercial conditions are agreed on each quote, according to the references and the volumes you request. Nothing on this site sets a figure in advance: ask for availability and conditions and they come back in writing.
Do you hold stock in Dubai?
Not yet, and we say so rather than implying otherwise. Every line in the catalog is currently sourced to order through validated suppliers. Regional stock follows demand that paid orders have already proved.
How accurate is the AI identification?
The automated layer is in beta. It proposes a candidate with a confidence score, and a specialist confirms it before anything is quoted. There is no universal accuracy guarantee on this site, and safety-critical lines — brakes, steering, control electronics — always go to a person regardless of the score.
What happens to my data and my files?
Vehicle data is used only to identify parts and confirm compatibility. It never appears in a URL and is never sent to analytics or advertising tools. Files are stored privately under a random filename, outside any publicly reachable folder, and deleted on the retention schedule in our trade terms.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, DAP and DDP. If you are not sure which fits your import, choose “Please advise” and the quote comes back with the two that make the most sense for your destination, side by side.

One list is enough to test us.
Send the references another supplier could not source. That is the fastest way to judge a distributor.
