Supplier consolidation
Several suppliers, one shipment, one set of documents. Mixed-SKU orders arrive as one consignment instead of four.
Dubai Hub
Dubai is a consolidation and documentation base, not a claim of universal coverage. What we commit to is that the route, the paperwork and the delivery option are confirmed per destination before you pay for anything.

What Dubai does for the buyer
Global export inquiries accepted. Availability, compliance and delivery options are confirmed per destination.
Several suppliers, one shipment, one set of documents. Mixed-SKU orders arrive as one consignment instead of four.
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared per destination and per Incoterm.
Booking, consolidation and handover are coordinated from one desk, with a case reference that follows the order.
The invoicing entity and route are confirmed at quote stage, according to what your import and your customs regime require.
Air, sea LCL, sea FCL or road, chosen against the volume, the value and how fast the vehicle has to be back on the road.
A logistics position for the Gulf, Africa, the Levant, Asia, Europe and Latin America — quoted per destination, not promised in advance.
Incoterms and pricing
Quotes are issued on the Incoterm you name — EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, DAP or DDP. If you are not sure which one fits your import, choose “Please advise” on the request and we quote the two that make the most sense for your destination side by side.
Freight is quoted at the rate of the week the quote is issued, and the quote says so on its face. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and no delivery date is built on a rate we have not checked.
Corridors and transit
Transit and routing are confirmed in writing per shipment, for the destination, the volume and the transport chosen. Supplier lead time is separate and is stated on the quote. No transit time is published on this site, because conditions on any corridor change and a figure that ignores that is worth nothing.
Customs and compliance
Classification, duty and tax treatment depend on your destination, your import status and the structure of the transaction. We state the classification used on the commercial invoice and we prepare the documentation your customs regime requires.
We do not publish duty or tax outcomes as if they were universal. Free-zone and designated-zone treatment in the UAE is conditional and fact-specific, and anything that matters at that level should be confirmed with your own customs broker or tax adviser before you plan around it.
Every customer and destination is screened before an order is accepted. Some destinations we decline, and we say so early rather than after a deposit.
Airbags, pyrotechnics, lithium cells and battery packs are outside the catalog. We do not have the specialised logistics behind them, so we do not sell them.
Invoice, packing list and origin documentation per destination. Additional certification is quoted separately when your import requires it.

City, port or airport, plus a rough monthly volume. You get the transport options that make sense for that combination, priced at this week's freight.
