SilkVin holds no stock. We order from factories in China after your reservation, and nothing leaves China until you have seen the inspection report and paid in full.

OE numbers, quantity per reference and destination. A person reviews every line.

Receive the written quote
Reference, quality level, documents, price, Incoterm and lead time, line by line.

Pay the reservation
50% to our company account, against a proforma. Nothing is ordered before this.

Factories and consolidation
We order from one or several factories. Brands and parts come together in one shipment in China.

Inspection report
A third party checks quantities, references and quality of your lot. You receive the report.
- 06
Pay the balance
You complete 100%. Without the balance, the goods do not leave.

Shipped from China
Goods go to your port and you import them. Freight is separate.

Claims and reorder
Claims within 30 days. Then your reorder list makes the next quote faster.
Factory, consolidation and transit times depend on the references and the destination, and are stated on your quote.
The payment rule
Reservation first. Balance before shipment.
- →A 50% reservation before we order from the factory.
- →The balance after the inspection report and before shipment. We do not offer credit.
- →A first small order may need up to 100% in advance if a factory asks for it. The quote says so before you commit.
- →Payment only to a bank account in the company's name, Silkvin & Engicor LLC. Never to a personal account or a third party.
- →If a factory cannot supply a line, we return the reservation for that line.
- →Once the factory order is placed, the reservation is not returned if you cancel.

Documents
Export documents from China and our invoice in your name. The origin is always China.
Money
From you to our company account, and from us to the exporter. Never through third parties.
Start small
We are a new company, so we would rather start with a trial order than ask you to take our word for it.
Paid sample
Paid by the buyer and deducted from the order that follows.
Small mixed pallet
The references you buy most, in one shipment. A first test of the quote, the report and the delivery.
Consolidated shipment or container
Several pallets or a full container, across brands and families.
Starter pallet ideas
Chery maintenance
Oil, air and cabin filters, spark plugs and pads.
Haval maintenance
Jolion and H6 1.5T filters, spark plug, coil and pads.
Jetour and Chery brakes
Pads and discs, per the quote's documents.
Factories set minimums per reference. Your quote states what can be mixed at your quantities, and any line that cannot. A starter pallet only includes references we have checked.
What each line of your quote states
- Replaces OE reference
- The number, shown for reference only. Trademarks belong to their owners.
- Fits
- Model, years, engine and driving side.
- Quality level
- Aftermarket, lot-controlled, or tested to a named standard.
- Documents
- Inspection report, certificate of origin: China, and a test report where one exists.
- Sold by
- Carton or lot, with weight and volume.
- Lead time
- Factory, consolidation and transit.
Questions about buying this way
Why pay 100% before shipment?
Because we hold no stock and offer no credit. In exchange you read an independent inspection report of your own lot before paying the balance.
Can I mix brands and parts?
Yes, across brands and families, as far as factory minimums allow. The quote says what can be mixed at your quantities.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are paid by the buyer and deducted from the order that follows.
Who handles customs?
You do: you are the importer and you pay duties and taxes in your country.
Are you cheaper than buying in China?
Not on a single part in large volume. We fit buyers who want several references in one order, one invoice and a report before paying the balance.
