What we check, and what we do not claim.
Every quoted line states its OE reference, its quality level and the document that comes with it. If we cannot prove something, we do not write it.

Two reference rules
- →An OE number is enough to quote.
- →If the part has variants, we ask for the VIN, a photo or a measurement first.
Before shipment
A third party inspects your lot, against criteria agreed before production. You receive the report before you pay the balance.

Claims
- →Within 30 days of delivery, with photographs, the VIN and the lot number.
- →Our error, such as a wrong reference: replacement or credit at our cost.
- →Factory defect: handled according to the terms on your quote.
- →Wear in normal service and incorrect fitting are not covered.
Samples
Samples are paid by the buyer and deducted from the order that follows. For brakes and suspension we recommend a sample before any first order.
What you can verify today
- →The company: our licence can be checked directly with the Sharjah Media City (Shams) authority.
- →The payment route: we only ask for payment to a bank account in the company's name.
- →Your own lot: the inspection report comes before the balance.
Not yet: photographs of our own lots, test reports for each line and customer references. We are a new company. They will appear here when they exist, and not before.
